Rates include 200km/10 hours a day in a modern air-conditioned private car with the
services of a government licensed driver/guide.

has to be taken into account. Half-day tours are available only from Tel-Aviv or
Jerusalem. For consecutive touring days, overnight expenses for guides have to be added

| Panoramic view of Jerusalem from Mt. Scopus. Enter Old City of Jerusalem from Jaffa Gate. Walk through the Armenian Quarter to Mount Zion and visit the Tomb of David and the Room of the Last Supper. Continue to the Jewish Quarter, the Cardo, and the remains of Jerusalem during the time of the First Temple. Visit the Western Wall (Wailing Wall) and proceed to the Christian Quarter walking along the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Visit a Kibbutz and then drive to the New City of Jerusalem. Stop at the Knesset (Israel's Parliament) and pass by the Supreme Court, the Government Buildings. Via the Hebrew University to Mt. | Drive through the Judean Desert and along the shores of the Dead Sea to Massada. Ascend by cable car and view the ruins of the Second Temple period: Palaces, water cisterns, mosaic floors, bathhouses, etc. Descend Massada by cable car and stop for a swim at the Dead Sea. Continue to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered by a Bedouin shepherd. | |
